Andy Waldo and his wife, Dr. Lisa Weber, are residents of the Winchester area. Together, they have built their businesses into successful pillars of the community. The secret to their success is through professionalism, caring and respect for the people the meet everyday. Andy has a natural ambition to strive for excellence and always does whatever it takes to achieve his goals. Andy served with distinction in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne for 4 years and was honorably discharged in 1993.  He is proud to be a veteran.

Tracy Link

Tracy is ambitious, conscientious, detail oriented and a strong negotiator.  She is an experienced Realtor with a keen knowledge of today's real estate market and has proven to be an invaluable source of information for anyone buying a home in the Winchester area.

Megan comes to Team Waldo with 6 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She is committed to staying informed about the area's housing market and inventory. Megan also offers a warmth and compassion that naturally creates a close relationship with her clients.

A member of the community for over 23 years, Megan is proud to call Winchester her home. She has owned local businesses in the past and has a considerable knowledge of the area. Megan is a strong mother of one and brings experience, negotiation skills, warmth, patience and humor to all her clients and teammates.

April Adams, CEO

April is the Chief Executive Officer for Team Waldo.  Together, she and Andy Waldo have developed one of the area's most successful Real Estate Teams.  April managed Team Waldo and has created the systems and procedures that set TEAM WALDO apart from the rest.  At Team Waldo, Real Estate is treated as a business instead of a 'hobby', insuring that every client receives outstanding service. 

Marisa Varley, Administrative Assistant 

Marisa is a past client of Team Waldo. She enjoyed the process of buying and selling so much she wanted to be a part of the Team. Her past experience working with builders has provided her with the knowledge and qualifications necessary to provide the high standard of service that Team Waldo demands.  As a mother of three, Marisa brings a sweetness and understanding nature to the Team.  Her helpful attitude, proffesionalism and expertise make her and invaluable member of Team Waldo.

Megan Sisson, Transaction Coordinator

During a sale, whether you are the buyer or seller, Megan is in constant contact with the Mortgage Company, Appraiser, Settlement Company and Inspectors to insure that your transaction runs smoothly. She guides our clients through the transaction process and keeps constant lines of communication open. Her attention to detail is invaluable in making sure all our clients are ready to go to the closing table.
